Terms & Conditions

Delivery:
If the requested furniture is in stock, we can deliver within one week.

Minimum rental period: 1 month

Insurance:
During transport the rental furniture is insured by us.  Insurance of the furniture during the rental period lies in the responsibility of the tenant.

"Move-in" time flow

You send an E-Mail with your data and your requirements.

We will make a detailed quotation including the amount of the monthly rent, the transport costs, the amount of the dposit.

If you agree on our quotation, we reserve the requested furniture and send a contract to you. You sign the contract and send the signed document back to us (usually by FAX).

Then We will send the first invoice to you (see also "Prices: Terms of Payment") , which is due before the delivery of the furniture. We will coordinate the exact delivery date with you and organize the transport for you. Within Switzerland we deliver to the areas of Zurich, Zug, Lucerne, Basel, Bern, Sankt Gallen.

You can live in your apartment from the very first day on, since all is arranged for you.

"Move-out" time flow

Depending on the choosen contract conditions (see Terms&Conditons, "5 Length and termination of contract"), you have to send a notice of termination in written form well before move-out. The exact date for the collection of the furniture has to be claimed 14 days in advance. In case you are waiting for a container, please let us know the contact details of your forwarder. The moving date will then directly coordinated by us with the forwarder.

We will collect all furniture and single items - normally we start early in the morning (7:30 to 8:00).

In case you expect a container with your own furniture the container staff is able to unload the container at about 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. (depending on the range of your rented inventory).

After the collection of the furniture we will send the final invoice (including refund of the deposit in case of no damages occurred; see our Terms&Conditions for detailed information).
