Terms & Conditions

Delivery:
We can deliver within one week when the furniture requested is in stock.

Minimum rental period: 1 month

Insurance:
The goods are insured by us during transport, during the rental period, however, insurance of the furniture is the responsibility of the tenant.

"Move-in" time flow

You send an E-Mail with your data and your requirements.

We provide a detailed quotation including the monthly rent, the cost of transportion, and the amount of the deposit.

If you agree on our quotation, we will reserve all items for you and send the contract to you. You have to sign the contract and send the signed document back to us (normally by FAX).

We then send the first invoice to you (see also "Prices: Terms of Payment"), which is due before the delivery of the furniture. We will coordinate the exact delivery date and organize the transport for you.

We will deliver the furniture on-time to your desired location and assemble everything for you.

"Move-out" time flow

Depending on your contract conditions (see Terms&Conditons, "5 Length and termination of contract"), a note of termination has to be sent in written form. The exact date for the return of the furniture has to be announced 14 days in advance.

We will collect all furniture and single items - normally we start early in the morning.

After the collection of the furniture we will send the final invoice (refund of the deposit so far there are no damages; see our Terms&Conditions for detailed information).
