Terms & Conditions

Delivery:
Usually, we can deliver within one week if the furniture requested is in stock.

Rental period (prices are valid for...):
Duration of your event (max. 1 month)

Insurance:
During transport the furniture is insured by us.  Insurance of the goods during the rental period is the responsibility of the tenant.

"Order / Delivery" time flow

You send an E-Mail with your data and your requirements.

We will prepare a detailed quotation including the amount of the rent, the transport costs, the amount of the deposit.

If you agree on our quote, we will make a reservation for all desired items and send the contract to you. You need to sign the contract and send the signed document back to us (preferably by FAX).

Following, we will send the invoice to you (see also "Prices: Terms of Payment") , which is due before the delivery of the furniture. The exact delivery date is coordinated with you and we organize the transport.

We will deliver the furniture on-time to your desired location and arrange everything for you.

"Pick-up" time flow


At the end of the rental period, we will collect all furniture and single items.

After the return of the furniture we will send the final invoice (refund of the deposit as long as there are no damages to note; please see also our Terms&Conditions for more detailed information).
